Our DC are spending a couple of weeks with my inlaws in Italy at the end of July, on the Adriatic coast. DH and I plan to drive down and pick them up and then spend a week to 10 days travelling back to the UK.
Have done the Dolomites/mountains and Lake Garda areas a lot so was thinking to drive over to the Italian Riviera and then along to the South of France before driving up through the middle of France.
Anyone got any tips for places to stay/visit? We'd like a couple of days near the beach.
