Bank holiday break.. Help?

I am looking for a short beach weekend break for the bank holiday end of May. Everything is coming back around £400pp but that seems a lot for just three nights.

Can anyone recommend a cheap travel site, or way to get the cost down?

Its school holidays and will always be expensive I am afraid. you can have a look at some last minute bargains on sites like momondo or skyscanner but really £400 sounds ok for a school holiday weekend.
