We are travelling in late May to France for a weeks holiday, taking the Normandie Express fast Brittany Ferries ferry from Portsmouth to Cherbourg.

we are on the early sailing at 7.30am - any advice for travelling with our six month old DD?

Not sure we can take a pram up to the sitting areas easily; not sure how we will get her to nap if we don't though!

There will be a lift! Or could you collapse it and carry it up the stairs?

Take seasick tablets is the one piece of advice I wish I'd had before taking that crossing.

Janek - apparently no lift! Will just carry it upstairs.

whoknows- thanks for the advice!

Wow, really? Let's hope there's no one in a wheelchair on board then...
