Travelling with a 6 week old

Hello everyone,
I'm after a bit of advice. I am currently pregnant with baby number 4, who's due 6th July. We are planning on travelling to Spain or Canary Islands last week of August, when baby will be around 6-7 weeks . Has anyone done this? Is it safe ? Although I'm a mum to 3 already I've never travelled abroad with them until they were between 8-10 months old.
I have breastfed all of my children until they were 1, so I'm planning on breastfeeding this little one so won't have to worry about sterilising. My worries are travelling without jabs, and getting birth registered and passport on time too. We really need a holiday this year, we couldn't go last year either. Also want to take my girls before me older one starts secondary school in September. I personally feel
I could manage and it is only for 7 days . But worries about booking in advance in case I can't get paperwork sorted.
Any advice appreciated, tia
