Special diets for kids on holiday - Gran Canaria

Hi,
We are heading to Maspalomas in Gran Canaria this summer, and I'm thinking about all the things we'll have to start gathering together before we go.
My daughter (6) can't take dairy, eggs or lentils without having an allergic reaction, so I'm hoping to find out how easy it is to get hold of things like Alpro Milk & yoghurts, Dairy free ice cream etc while over there.

Here in UK, I can get all that at pretty much any supermarket, but has anyone had difficulty with this in the canaries?

The milk will be fine iv managed to get it every tine needed. but im not sure for the rest but she can have lolly instead of ice cream thats what my daughter dose.

Can you take some dairyfree custard as it dose not need a fridge.
