What clothes to pack for a just turned 1 year old in Corfu at the end of May?

Full on sunsuit and hat as near peak UV. Long sleeves and trousers for evenings - mosquitoes.

In May, it will be cooler in the evenings, I'd suggest some cardi's and sweatshirts to put over the tops. Also, even if the days are warm, the sea and swimming pools will be very cold.

You can probably get some tunic style tops and 3/4 length trousers or leggings for daytimes which will cover her knees and not impede crawling.

That will be fine in evenings. Daytime if she gets too hot, dunk in water. Sea will be warmer and cleaner than pools.
