Monarch or Globespan to Tenerife - anyone flown either with sprogs in tow?

Am organising a trip to Tenerife with my 20 month old in tow (plus DH).

Was thinking of taking Monarch out and Globespan back paying extra for more legroom both ways so ds can get off our knees and stand there at least!

Anyway, I've never heard of Globespan - anyone flown with them and if you have flown both Monarch and them how did they compare?

On certain routes, the only extra legroom seats are those adjacent to the emergency exits, you won't be allowed them with a little one - they can only be taken by people over 16yrs with no infants.
No idea on Globespan by the way!

Good point - I asked Monarch though and on that route they have 7 rows of extra legroom seats and so there are plenty of seats that are ok for infants on laps

ok, have booked Monarch with extra legroom seats which no doubt will probably be small ish
