Hi!

Has anyone used a child car seat on a Ryanair flight before?

We need to buy one that we can also use in a car ISOFIX system afterwards and its a mare trying to figure out which ones are airline acceptable!!

Our child will be 1

Thanks

Why bother? At one child can be on your knee. Even if you do buy a seat, taking a car seat is such a faff and with it being Ryanair, doesn't sound like you are going far?

Im also in the why would you want to camp. It will be a massive pain in the neck. And you will need to buy an extra seat.

Cars that are isofix are hugely heavy - not the type you will want to lug around an airport - if you can even find one that secures on a plane with a lap belt. I definitely would bother to get one just for the plane. if you are travelling with Ryanair you can't really be flying for very long.
