Hi. I will be doing a recce in this area soon. Wondered if you had any tips. Am looking for a place within an hour of Toulouse, max budget €100k. Website search shows 91 properties in budget in this area. I know the city but not the wider area. Apart from budget other criteria are, needs to have some social life eg restaurants cafes, close but not too close to the city and preferably with some outside space. Any ideas?
