Hi, I'm just about to start applying for passports for my family and I. Not sure whether I should put down renewal or replacement as we did have new passports but had to cancel them when scammers accessed my computer and deleted a load of my photos including those of our passports that I'd taken before we went to India in December. Can't be bothered ringing the passport office after the last time when I asked the numpty who answered if I had to cancel passports he ummd and Ahhhd and said it was up to me. Don't want forms to be sent back. I have my passports undamaged and all details are the same.
