LOST TRAIN TICKET!!

hi everyone
I have called the train office and they said to ring back tomorrow to see whether they will send another one or not? it was booked with mytrains.co.uk

has anyone experienced this before? have I lost my money or will they issue another one?

When it arrived, did it have tracking?? If not, you could just claim you never recieved it?

i printed it out myself
just did it a few days earlier and now lost it....maybe next time its better to print on the day
