Holiday in april

We have a window of opportunity for the first week of April to take ourselves and 2 grownup children 24 and 20 for a weeks holiday
Where could we go?
We would like nice weather we are not sunbathers so places to visit nice food and wine
Not sure about a budget yet

Depending on Budgets but Sicily (italy in general) or Corsica maybe, If you're thinking further afield South Africa may be a good option excellent food choices. :)

We're going to Sitges (Spain) second week in April. Trips to Barcelona, Tarragona, Valencia & Zaragoza planned. It's going to be average 17° which is perfect for a good Spring holiday. And it's vair cheap
