February inset day

Im thinking of going to London on the 10th Feb to visit the sights with DS. Is the 10th a widespread inset day or should it be a reasonably good day to go?

My DS's primary school is open as usual that day - not an INSET day in our part of London

A lot of schools add on an inset day to February half term, but half term is later this year, so the schools round here break up on 17th February.

Not an inset in this part of London but it is the Friday before state half term so some might be off.

Some parts of the country are having half term the week of the 13th February, whereas others are the week of the 20th

Our half term (Birmingham ) is week beginning 20th so would be unlikely anyone from here is having an inset day on 10th.
