I'm looking to rent a large gite/house for a week in July for a family celebration. We had originally thought of Ile de Re but it's so expensive compared to other parts that I am going to look elsewhere - preferably the Loire or Vendee. There would be 12 of us including 4 DCs. Would love to hear from someone who has stayed in a property that might suit. Thanks!
