Recommendations for night out with my daughter in Edinburgh anyone pls ?

I've booked a suprise nigjt away just the two of us next weekend .
By day I thought we'd shop and maybe do the bus tour .
Rather than wander around in the evening in the hope of finding the ideal bar I'd much prefer to aim for somewhere recommended .
I'm 46 and she's 21 so while I don't want to end up in some underground rave I don't want her to be bored either .
Looking for somewhere classy , maybe cocktails / live music / small dance floor maybe .
Oh and somewhere lovely to eat ...

Tiger Lily is nice for cocktails drinks and food. Le Monde may be another place. Both are on George Street. Juniper in the Royal British Hotel is good too but I recommend booking.
