Portugal if you like Eurocamp

Just that really. We'be done Eurocamp / Canvas type
Holidays for the last 5 years but fancy Portugal this year. There is only one campsite that we can find in Portugal which we don't fancy too much so what else might we like?

a villa near the beach and on the edge of town? I wouldn't fancy camping there as it would be too hot

I live in the Algarve, there isn't much in the way of campsites here, more villas and apartments

You'll find a few sites on the west coast but usually in more remote, surfer-type locations, not really family holidays
