reykjavik short break with kids?

anyone done this - our kids will be 14,12 and 7. aware of how pricey it is . any advice on who to book through and where to stay/what to do?

Yes. We did it last year. Had a fantastic time. Kids similar age. We stayed at a brilliant air bnb. Huge, warm flat - three beds, big living room, balconies, overlooking a park, walking distance to the centre, to the sea, to the supermarkets, to the outdoor swimming pools, and to the only off-licence in the city if that's important.
