It is my wifes birthday in Jan I was hoping to take her away for the weekend, we have done London to death, and are regulars to the likes of York, Chester and Liverpool and live locally to Leeds and Manchester so they are not viable choices, she will 29 weeks pregnant the weekend we go away.
My problem is I want to take her to Edinburgh, from where we are it is a 4 hour train ride (very scenic), or we can we can fly from a local airport and be there within the hour. Would an hours flight be OK for a 29 week pregnant lady, or would a 4 hour train ride be preferable? I know she wants to go to Edinburgh and is desperate for some time away before baby arrives.
