St Katherine's Dock -London. I am meant to meet a friend near tower bridge next week and I note that the bridge is not open and was planning on meeting by the Christmas market near The Mayor's offices but I'm coming from north London. Is St Katherine's Dock buggy friendly? Can I get a buggy down there from any nearby car park? Alternative suggestions welcome. Only meeting for an hour with baby and friend's kids.
