Warm and sunny but not humid in late Feb - ideas please. For a special event

Hi, I'm looking for a dream holiday location in late February for my in-laws. They will be celebrating a big wedding anniversary and want to treat themselves.

They have asked me to help but for most of the places I've looked into it's hard to find if they are horribly humid at that time of year (Mauritius for example is beautiful but has 90% humidity in February).

Any suggestions welcome. Needs to be warm, sunny and ideally have beaches near by if possible.

Cayman Islands. Absolutely perfect weather at that time of year. Beautiful place. And really safe. There's a beautiful new hotel that's just opened if they really want to treat themselves.
