Boxing Day traffic

I'm going to have to drive from Maidstone to Birmingham city centre on Boxing Day morning, arriving in Birmingham at around 9am. Does anyone have an idea of how long it might take me? I've never done the journey before, or driven on Boxing day, so any advise on the best route or if there'll be traffic at that time in the morning would be much appreciated. Thank you :)

Google map is brilliant at working out routes and giving estimated driving times based on current traffic conditions.

According to google map right now it would take about 2 hours and 40 minutes, but it will depend on what part of Maidstone you are traveling from and how much traffic there is.
