Recommendations for kids head phones please

Hi, can someone please recommend headphones for a 9 and 6 year old that we can use on the plane. Some reviews I've seen say the kids said some headphones weren't loud enough. Want the kids to be happy on a long haul flight!

Kids headphones are volume limited, may not cope with the ambient noise on a plane.
Why not use the provided ones? They shouldn't blow their eardrums in a few hours.

DS has Dr Dre, pricy but indestructible and cut out all sound on the plane. Get them air-side and save the VAT.
