Holidays with 3 year old and baby - crèche/nanny service

Can anyone recommend a good resort that may be suitable for two young children - one toddler and one baby? Seen lots for older kids but none really for younger.
I'd love to go to Thailand or Malaysia etc?

www.theslatephuket.com/the-resort.html - this is a nice resort in Phuket, located in a quiet area with decent restaurants on the beach - no night clubs and not noisy.
I took my dd there when she was three - had a lovely time. I think the kids' club is from 4 up unless you go with the child, but possible to hire a babysitter.

We went to FDR in Jamaica a few years ago with a toddler and baby and was fab. Not sure what it's like now- was a bit shabby but was an amazing holiday as had on site nannies but very small resort so you always knew where everyone was. I do prefer Asia but haven't found anything comparable. Having said that we went to Tanjung Rhu in Langkawi when they were small too and occasionally paid for a babysitter during the day when they napped so we could have a bit of relaxation time. Also had quite a few evening babysitters. No kids club but lovely staff/ babysitters.
