Wheelchair friendly places in Greater Manchester in January

Hi
I live in Greater Manchester area. Family are visiting in January and need to think of wheelchair friendly places to take them. We all like fresh air outdoors sorts of places. Or rather places with great cafes and great views Grin. Any ideas?
