Activities in London 18th-21st December

I am at a conference in London in December and am planning to take DH and the kids as well, so they can have a look around while I get educated.

Does anyone have any suggestions for interesting activities? Preferably not hugely expensive, though we could afford some treats?

I am planning for DH and the 8 year old to get to Peter Pan on the 19th, but DD 4 is scared by Peter Rabbit, so am thinking she might prefer something a bit gentler. Is there any dancy girly stuff we could do?

I have so far discovered stuff at the South Bank

• Moomins (about £10-15)

-various food markets

also there is a drop in day at the British Museum that looks very child friendly on 22nd Dec.

I am wondering about a balletic Snowman but it might be a bit girly for my son

Tickets for the sky garden?
Snowman is great.
Someone recommended an open tipped bus tour where they drive you round all the Christmas lights.
To be honest just walking around south Bank/ Covent Garden etc. Will be fun
