Overseas wedding with toddler?

My first thread so here goes...
Myself and dp got engaged last year, we both agree that we want a wedding with just us there. However we don't know if it would be easier to get married in the UK (we live in Wales) or have it included in the honeymoon? Either way we want to take ds, he is currently 10months, we are planning to do this in the next couple of years. Any suggestions on suitable locations, we are looking at long haul, Maldives, Philippines etc?

I think you need to think about jabs and anti malarials with a child this small. if he is under 2 when you go away then I would personally avoid anywhere that had malaria. you might also want to avoid Zika areas yourself just in case.

personally I just don't see the appeal of getting married abroad. you could have a lovely small uk wedding and short honeymoon and save up for the bigger holiday in a couple of years.
