Hi

We are thinking of going here next year and I just wondered if any one had just been this half term. If so, how was it? Was kikoland open? Was it warm enough to go swimming and to the beach etc

Thanks in advance!

We went to Lanzarote in October 2 years ago. Was very hot and sunny and sea was warm-ish. Whether or not you consider it is warm enough depends on what you expect and are used to.

Canaries are a year round resort so everything will be open. It's not like Greece with a defined season.

We went this year.. 3 beautiful days and three horrendous (think torrential rain with drains backing up, hotel flooding etc). Hotel were amazing though and the weather for the previous few years was good.
Kikoland was predominantly British, they did everything done in English, hotel even raised pool temp when weather was bad (although they REALLY need to heat the other pools), it was difficult to get a us lounger round the main pool.
We got a very good deal through sovereign inc transfers. On arrival they offered a good deal on half board vouchers too.
In all, even with the bad weather, it was a great trip.
