Which location would you recommend choosing at Erperheide and de kempervenan ?

if you want to go to de Vossemeren (or any of those Belgian/Dutch border CPS), you either have to take the ringroad around Antwerp or the ring around Brussels. Last time we went via Brussels as Antwerp had been painful on the previous trip and it was MUCH worse.

Actually that's not true. You can completely avoid both Brussels and Antwerp! On the return journey to Dunkirk, we were not prepared to suffer Antwerp ever again so with the help of the satnav, we took a preprogrammed route between Antwerp and Brussels, following quieter roads (UK A and B road equivalents) and had no problems, shaving off the hour and a half of the outward journey. Unfortunately, the horrendous travel via Antwerp and the dreadful delays really did spoil the start of the De Vossemerren holiday so do some good forward planning, that's my tip.

Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid that I typed my question hastily. I was enquiring for any recommended locations for the cottages at the two parks, Erperheide and de kempervenan.

Thanks

LondonSuperTrooper - Erperheide is pretty small, when we were there, it looked like we were a fair way away from the centre with Aqua Mundo and the restaurants etc but actually it was only a 5 minute walk, so I'd say anywhere is fine!

I've never had problems going back via Antwerp because you hit the ring that much earlier and just avoid all the traffic. But I would definitely take A and B roads on the way there in future - good tip :)
