Can anyone share some advice regarding jet lagged babies and what to do about routines when travelling to New Zealand or Australia? We are travelling from the UK to New Zealand in November for two weeks and we taking our 10 month old. We're planning on just going with the flow regarding routine, but if anyone can share what worked for them previously for similar aged babies it would be much appreciated.
