Hi All,

Thinking of a trip to NYC and wondered how long to go for? Is it silly to go all that way for 4 or 5 days?

Or would 3 days in NYC and 2 in Washington be better?

I would go for 5 days and spend that time in one city rather than trying to do 3 days in NYC and 2 in Washington DC.

I'd stay there for the whole trip.

4 or 5 days in ny is fine. You will be able to everything you need to. By NY Ii presume you mean Manhattan?
