Next week with a 10yr old and a 6yr old.
I would be grateful for any tips, particularly so we won't spend a fortune ..

go self catering so you can make your own breakfast and sarnies out. we enjoyed days out by train as well which were pretty cheap. buy tickets for things in advance if you can as queueing is long and boring.
