Looking to go away next may half term, partly in celebration of dhs 40th, and can't decide between these two. Two DC aged 3 and 5 then and we like culture and food. Kids like beaches, dh not so keen. Self catering is fine as we have to have living space to relax in and separate bedrooms! Dh doesn't like heat so weather not especially important.
Any experience of these islands please? Budget around £3k but can go higher.
