Anyone claimed for cancelled flight through free company 'resolved'?

I had a flight cancelled in Jan. It was a direct 5 hour flight which was cancelled and replaced with an 8 hour flight followed by a 3 hour lay over and a further 2 hour flight.

I started a claim with Resolver in January this year and have followed up each time they have sent an email asking if the case was resolved.

My flight was with Air Canada and they have not even replied yet! Since Jan.

Any ideas on where to go from here?

I just called the airline directly.

Only when I called a third time to chase up compensation did they pay out.

I think it may be policy Hmm to only pay insistent customers.

Never tried through a third party (why would you?)

Just call customer services.

I don't know why I used them. It's a free service and I just thought it would be easier? Confused

Just write to them to cancel, and do it yourself

Just claim on your travel insurance surely?

A free service? Hmm
