Where in America to take a 5 year old and 3 year old on holiday to?

Disney is an obvious option and one were considering, but wondered if anyone could recommend any other places that would be good for a family holiday with young children. And any recommendations for who to book through? Thinking of going next Easter.

We took a 3 year old, two four year olds and a five year old to California this August and it was fab. We had to spread out the drives and had to choose some more kid friendly options over what we might have done but it was fab. Four days in SF, one day Monterey, two days in cabins in beautiful Big Sur, long day driving to Santa Barbara then two days there, three nights (two days) at Disney staying right outside the park in Anaheim (we didn't do anything else in LA party because we didn't think it would be much fun for the kids in the heat) then two days Sequoia (the littlies did great walking in the forests) and three in Yosemite (again they surprised us with their walking). Then flew out of SF.

Only the two four year olds are mine but we're planning Yellowstone and Grand Teton next Summer maybe with a few days in NYC on the way home.
