Spanish riding school worth the money?

Has anyone been to the Spanish Riding School in Vienna? Was it worth the price of the ticket? It seems very expensive (or maybe we have just missed the cheap ones).

I guess if you're a horse lover it's a rare opportunity.
I went when we visited Vienna 30 years ago. Unfortunately it was July and the horses were all on holiday in a field somewhere .

How much are the tickets you are looking at? Is it for a performance or stable tour with training access? Depends what your expectations are perhaps?

Vienna is cripplingly expensive. We decided against the show but went to see the horses in the stables instead.

The show, tickets are €90 to €150 each.

We queued for ages to watch a practice session. It was extremely dull.

Unless you are massively into horses I wouldn't bother.
