HELP! Hen Weekend - south coastish - not tacky

Quiet day at work today and promised bf that I would get ahead and start planning her hen weekend. Instead have spent all day loitering on MN . Need to make it look as though I've done some research!

General remit:

1. South coast (not nec. by the sea)
2. House type thing for 12-15 people
3. Active stuff to do, poss some pampering too
4. pubs rather than clubs
5. is pole dancing tacky?

Any ideas?

I would get a deal at Careys Manor in Brockenhurst (new Forest)

great food, fantastic spa

in Brockenhurst there are lovely pubs to walk to.

There is horse riding or best of all hire some bikes from just up the road, and go on a treasure hunt/magical mystery thing. I saw a group of girls (obv hen night, one had a veil!) last time we were there, and I SO wanted to join in, they were having a ball!

There is a station within walking distance

You can drive to the sea at Lyndhurst easily from there.

Or hire a house place and just spa at Careys Manor
