Just want to commend the passport service on the issue of my renewal passport.
Applied on-line - answered a few questions, paid on-line, printed off the declaration form and posted it 2nd class with 2 photographs and my old passport on Tuesday 30th August.
New passport arrived today by courier (8 days later.) Brilliant service and none of the old filling in small boxes on the long application form or pressure to pay to use check and send (I always refused to use check and send anyway as was no guarantee passport application would be accepted).
Easy peasy!!
