Winter sun with toddler and baby

On maternity leave with DS2 and don't usually get to go away in low season as I'm a teacher.

We'd like to go somewhere warm in February/March time with DS1 (3) and DS2 (9m) with swimming pools and opportunities to do a few things away from the hotel. Happy to hire a car if necessary.

I'm thinking the Canary Islands but never been. Any suggestions?

Some gorgeous spa resorts in Tenerife.

I second Tenerife.

Any hotel recommendations?

Sorry, not from me! I have never been but i'm in northern Spain and it is fairly warm all year round.
