Sun in March - recommendations?

Looking for a ten night holiday in March time as a surprise for my Mums birthday. Mid range, all inclusive or full board.

Any recommendations of destinations and hotels gratefully received!

Just bumping for you, as I was thinking of asking similar...... where would be hot enough to lie by pool / beach at that time of year?

We're booking tenerife in March, it seems to get the most sun at that time of year without going long haul. were booking a villa so can't help with hotel recommendations

We've just booked San Diego for early April and the average temp in March was 19-21c. Not scorching, but it should feel warmer in the lovely Cali sunshine.

Barbados would be lovely then. Lots of nice hotels to choose from.

Not specifically long haul Tenerife and lanzarote looking most likely, but Barbados is an excellent idea for something a bit different. My mum has been to Thailand and hated it so will probably avoid the whole area unfortunately
