I enjoyed Pollensa, Majorca so where should I try next

I'm thinking about holiday ideas for next year and need your help. Our most successful holiday was to Pollensa, Majorca so I'm looking for something similar. It would probably be for August and it would need to be in Europe. There are 4 of us including 2 children who love the beach and swimming. We prefer self catering but with some restaurants not too far away. Any ideas?

Cala d'Or in S Majorca is lovely Nice coves rather than long stretches of beaches -easier to keep an eye on the kids while DM relaxes.
Caves to explore boat trips pretty harbour. The centre is pedestrianised
and comes alive in the evening. Nice places to eat not tacky.
However it is a good hour from the airport so cold drinks and entertainment
needed for DC

Lindos in Rhodes. Stay in the town itself rather than Pefkos or the big hotels nearby. It is absolutely stunning.

The Lindos View is self catering with good pools and amazing views and minutes from all the rooftop restaurants.
