Can anyone help me with a step by step guide to apply for a US Temporary Working Visa? Every website I look at baffles me more, some mention petitioning first and I just can't make head nor tail of any of it!
I'm looking to work in the US for the Summer next year (approximately three weeks and have applied for a position).
