getting cancellation to bulgaria

hi my sister has just split up from her dh and wants to come on hols withus in may

i went to going places to try and book her in but there is no room left on the flight and no rooms for that week - they only have a fornight booking available

they said i will have to keep on going back in to check if someone has cancelled is there anything else i can do or is there a better way of checking than actually going back every other day

it's only for 1 person so there might be more chance of a cancellation but she doesn't want to go on a different flight to us

has anyone got any advice

did going places check all tour operators or just the one that you're travelling with?

it's worth checking each tour operator individually as they share flights, eg you may be travelling with Thomson but also Cosmos may share that flight, so basically what's not available with one tour operator may well be available with another.

if you have your flight no, you can check on line with all the major tour operators to make sure you have the same flight.

thanks will see if i have the flight number on my invoice if not i will nip into going places and ask for it

i have looked on the internet at the other tour operators and they don't have anything for that flight (i don;t think, not too good at this kind of thing)

no it doesn't have the flight no on it, but will go into going places again on fri and check for cancellation again and ask for the flight number
