Berlin again- Christmas markets. Specific room requirements advice please

I am looking at late November for Christmas markets.
I need a bedroom for me and dh and a separate bedroom in same room if you see what I mean for adult dd. She can't be in her own separate room due to disability. But we all want our privacy.
Any specific recommendations? And areas?

Anyone?

How about renting an apartment through air bnb? We did this so our poor sleeper DS could have a room to himself. I think the one we rented was near schönhauser alee, v close to the u-bahn for good access to the city centre.
