We're going away with family to Provence in july when our ds will be 11 months old. At the moment the plan is to share the driving with an overnight stop somewhere in france, but we're talking pretty much 2 days solid driving (and that's without factoring in the ferry). Is this insane with a baby of this age? Would we be better to fly and meet them there? My dp doesn't think it's a problem, but i'm thinking it could be pure hell! I'm just not sure what an 11mo is like - as a 5 half mo he's VERY lively! Any advice appreciated, thanks.
