Majorca

Hi, can anyone recommend some nice resorts in Majorca for our holiday in September this year. We've done Palma Nova. Looking for somewhere not too quiet but preferably adult only hotels.

The Rocamarina is a long-established adult only hotel near
Cala D'or . There are a few bars etc and a beach over the road.
Otherwise it is a 15 min walk via the harbour to the centre where
there is a lovely atmosphere in the evening. Loads of facilities in
Cala D'Or from tennis to boat trips.
However Cala D'or is a good hour or more from the airport
Ok for adults less so for DCS

How about this hotel in Puerto Pollensa? It's a family resort, but will be quieter in September once the schools have gone back. Or there are lots of hotels on the seafront there that perhaps aren't adults only but certainly wouldn't attract families.

If I did not have 4 unruly boys this is where I'd holiday with DH

I'm also looking for a holiday to go on with DD18. Somewhere with 'strip' so we can have a wander and eat out in the evenings. We spent 5 hours (!) last night looking on the internet and gave up in the end .
