Does anyone have any experience with the passport office? Waiting on my sons first passport they've had it since May, the countersignatury sent a letter back to them confirming our details on Sunday, I just called them they still havnt received the letter can it take a while to process and go through the system? I'm getting a bit worried it's been lost in the post and I'm travelling in two weeks 😩
