Which two would you choose

I've posted in travel but realise this topic might be more appropriate...

I would like to make the most of the next two summers enjoying a summer holiday each year out of school holidays before my eldest starts school. The children are currently 3 in October and six months.

I would like to try two out of the following three:

A villa holiday with private pool
A self catering holiday to apartments we have visited before in Greece
An all inclusive with splash pools/waterpark

Which two would you choose? (Any specific recommendations would be brilliant...)

Personally, I'd have thought your dc would be too little to get anything out of waterpark type places.

For me, I love the idea of a private villa and pool, but I think that's very much personal taste - some people find them a bit isolating.

With children that age, I'd take the villa with the pool as first choice. it means that when the kids are napping in the day or in bed for the evening, you can still sunbathe, swim, relax by the pool instead of having to sit in the room with them.
Also, having the kitchen makes it easier for sterilising bottles if you need to, or preparing baby meals if you are weaning.
