Barcelona in mid Feb

Hiya.. was wondering whether anyone could tell me what the weather will be like in Barca around mid-late feb... I've done the usual searches on the internet, but all I can find is low of 7, high of 16, I know its a difficult thing to predict and the weather can be changable but IMO, 7 is freezing, 16 is quite ok... I'm going to be 30 weeks pregnant by the time we go so am keen to pack the right clothes.. especially since I seem to be permanently hot at the moment!!

I've been to Barcelona in mid February, it was really cold, needed gloves and jumpers. That was four years ago.

ok, so I'll leave the flip flops at home then...

I used to live in Barcelona and everyone that came out to visit me in winter would take their coats off and wander around in their jumpers! While I was wrapped up complaining of the cold. A few years later I went back in Feb with DH & DD and we had to complain our hotel room was too hot as it had the heating on and it was like a warm Spring day!

So rule of thumb is that it's going to be warmer than here and unless they have a cold spell you'll be ok with spring clothing and a light coat/ jacket. Leave the gloves at home but check the weather first. They DO sometimes have snow!

Thanks for that... I'll probably be roasting anyways as I am at the moment... still sleeping with the bedroom window wide open and just a sheet on my side of the bed!!
