just booked dd bday party how do you know who to invite there are 30 in her class no way are they all coming. Do i just ask the girls then what happens to the boys that asked her to their party. I have also asked her who she would like to come and i may as well ask the whole class. This is my first bday party for her she only started school this year, have thought about asking just the children that were in her nursery class but again what about the ones that have had her at their party, its v expensive so i need to keep the numbers down.

This is why we just have a big hall and bouncy castle! No probklems with number sthen, lol!

You could ask the teacher who the children are she normally plays with - I used to do that at nursery.

Or if she mainly plays with girls - chose a girly theme, and then invite just the girls.

Or give DD a piece of paper with 10 (or however many) slots on, and tell her (with your help) to write them in order of who she wants, knowing she can't go over.
