My 2nd baby is due any day and we are planning on a family holiday to thailand in 3 months. Does anyone have experience of this? what about vaccinations for the newborn? It will have had some of its newborn boosters but would it be necessary to have all? What abt typhoid/cholera jabs?

Your baby will be too young to receive typhoid or Hepatitis A vaccines, but as you say will have had probably 2 or at leat 1 of the routine vaccinations for tetanus, diptheria, polio, Hib, whoopinging cough, Meningitis C and pneumococcal.
Don't worry too much but you just need to be extra cautious with water if you are bottle feeding.
